So wanted to show off a bit, lol.....here is my dinner for the night, I meal prepped all the items so we can grab what we want in our bowls and no more cooking for a few nights. Thank you all for your responses and thoughts, I am going to take this 1 stage at a time.....first learn to cook and prep meals at home, then I will tackle another stage. I do agree not to make all these changes at once for fear of discouragement and failure. As was mentioned, any start is a good start.

Thank you kommodevaran, you are right on the one part, I do research healthy recipes and get discouraged in a way.
