Hi I'm due 12th March. First time mom at 40 & freeking out. Over the last year & half I'd lost 30kg so I'm very aware of not putting it allll back on. I've reset my dairy to just maintenance 2000k but I'm just too exhausted to get to the gym right now

Well 40 & feeling Fab! Finally figured out I was eating 'healthy' all my life but at 4times the portions with no selfcontrol around cake. Thanks mfp/fitbit I'm back on top. Just tweeking gym routine between cardio & weights to get threw the latest plateau. Any gym routines or helpful suggestions

Hey clubbers I'm officially 40 today YAY Stuck on 25min of C25k my shin pains keep coming back :( PT said to do strength training on my hips & lower back to correct my running style,,, really want to do my first 5k run this year.

OMG two beers & I'm like give me a pizza now! no self control what so ever So I'm taking control. limiting to 2 beers Thursday night & have dinner portioned over from night before. Keeping apple juice in the fridge (put into a wine glass) if friends drop in unexpectedly no one suspects its not wine. Check back next week…

1) Good shoes - most important shin splints will wreck your motivation. 2) moisture wick gym clothes - thigh rub is not fun. 3) Good 140BPM music - when my song comes on I can run for another 3min. 4) Build up slowly, listen to your body, if it hurts= slow up. I'm ignoring the C25k schedule just yesterday I'm up to 3x8min…
