  • Hi I want to loose fat. So how much calories do I need to take. And same time have energy to workout aswell. U think I might be eating more dats why I can't loose fat?
  • I eat 3-4 times and trying to eat health. I have been doing Crossfit for year now. It's more I want to be slim and toned muscle. My kg is good.
