Interestingly, Cherry tree bark IS an anti-inflammatory and is used in herbal medicines as cough syrups and anti-inflammatory teas. So, it's somewhat feasible that the fruit could be, too. I'm over 40, but also an equestrian. My primary prize in this fight with my weight is to be able to start and ride my new foal that is due this May. So, I have about 3 years to lose 75 or so lbs and gain muscle and fitness back to be able to do what needs to be done. Would love to talk to other riders!
