I am going out of town from this Wednesday through Sunday, but am starting on a new weight program Monday the 16. I will post my sets/reps/weights used for others to get ideas. So if anyone is ready to change up their workouts, Monday will be a start for me!

I highly recommend a book to get you started! The two best ones are The Men's Health Book of Muscle and The New Rules of Lifting For Women. I have used both and have had success with each.

I mentioned the Book of Muscle in a prior comment; for anyone who is doing NROL4W, Lou Schuler helped write both books. Just an FYI if someone is interested :)

The first book I used for lifting was the Men's Health Book of Muscle. I loved it and still do the programs from time to time. I lift three days a week. I LOVE lifting! I will be designing my own workouts soon (like within a week) and can share. My food varies, but mainly lots and lots of protein, fiber, and carbs. What type of machines/free weights do you have at your disposal?

I have used the single Babytrend and loved it. I have a Bumbleride double and it has been great too. I prefer fixed wheel on both when running. Both maneuver well in malls, stores, etc.
