  • Thanks for replying, I eat absolutely anything , I've cut out red meat , so fish and chicken as main meals , but breakfast I'm at a loss , I don't know what to make that's completely healthy I use to eat cereal all the time but discovered there's hidden sugars , I want to lose weight .
