That is me too!! I’m just going to crack down, do everything by the book, and weigh at most one time a week. Doing IF 16:8. Low carb 1200 calories and spinning 30 min most days, some strength training. If this doesn’t work, I can’t do anything else and I’m just going to have to accept a fluffier self : ) I’ve gained 10 lbs…

I was going to ask how long of no drinking alcohol did it take to start losing some weight? I'm not adding other calories on but I'm terribly impatient. I know there are so many benefits outside of losing weight for giving up drinking too much alcohol! But I wouldn't mind a little instant gratification. : )

I'm happy to find this group. Everyone has their personal comfort zone. I get no support from those around me. But I used to be overweight and five pounds have crept on in the past year and stuck!! Of course I'm worried that if I become comfortable here, five more come back. : )
