SW 01/01/21: 209 Week 1: 206 Week 2: 205.4 Week 3: 206 Not sure what the gain was about! I worked hard this week and I'm very confused about the gain!

osier5 Sunday PW: 205.4 CW: 206 Super annoyed about the gain!!! I walked more than usual and was so hungry in the evenings! No idea what is going on. I started a new medication (for depression) a month ago and I wonder if it is hindering my weight loss.

SW: 209 Week 1: 206 Week 2: 205.4 Even though I am trying to take it slow so I don't try to do all the things, fail, and give up, I am disappointed with my -.6 loss. I worked so hard and was hungry a lot. I definitely was disappointed when I weighed in. But my healthy habits are starting to feel routine so that is a plus.

@AB0215 Thank you for the worksheets! I love New Years and the idea of a fresh start to a new year. I like to reflect over the previous year and think about how I want the new year to be different. However, I've given up setting traditional New Year's Resolutions because I always failed within the first couple of months!
