The thing is, unless you’re a body builder, that’s fine. Throw a tablespoon of hemp seeds over salad or soup, and you’re good.

Somewhat off topic, but did you know there are vaping options that have 0 nicotine? If it was helping you control cravings, this might be something to look into.

There’s a bit of a learning curve with tofu, so I generally don’t recommend it for new vegans and vegetarians. Gardein, however, is my latest obsession.
