  • I'm SOoo bummed I just saw this today. So I am in for 3.5 minutes for the remainder of the month (30 second planks each day until the 31st). I will be happy if I beat my goal. Last time I did a plank, I could barely hold it for 20 consecutive seconds.

  • YES! Exactly! Thank you for saying this! I have learned the hard way that everyone's body is different, and their weight-loss will be different, too. Some people don't have to watch what they eat, or exercise, but those people are very few. Most of us HAVE to work out AND eat as healthy as possible!
