When logging my carbs, do I log the net or the total?

I've been on the keto diet for 4 1/2 weeks and lost 20 lbs. This past week I finally registered some ketones. I'm insulin intolerant and the Dr says sometimes it takes awhile. My daughter was impressed with the weight loss that she stated on the keto diet too. She's registering in the negative.

Sometimes you have to shock your body and change things up. If your weight lifting to build muscle, muscle weighs more than fat. So you might be losing fat but gaining muscle. Lighten up on the weights and do more reps. Also, take every other day for cardio, and switch that up between the treadmill and the elliptical or…
