  • Just completed one week. Lost 4 lbs. Saw Keto on Good Morning America and it clicked for me. Love avacados, cheese, spinach and broccoli. Stopped putting sugar in my coffee and replaced it with 1/2 tsp butter, cinnamon and some half and half. Think I am going to replace the half and half with heavy cream....for 0 carbs
