I would like to join the December challenge, 28 years old from Canada. I really want to lose 20lbs , it is not even a big amount to lose, but I cant seem to lose it and I'm tired of feeling like a failure because of it. If this challenge can aid my goals, then I'm all in.

Ya it's 80% diet, 20% exercise. It could be 100% diet though.
