Hi! Just found this. I'm new to running. I registered myself for a 5k on Dec. 2 and have been training to improve my time in preparation. Unfortunately there isn't, unless you hack it with HTML code (google for instructions on that). I find the Keto Diet app good for macros and net carb calculations. With MFP, I just go to Nutrients and mentally subtract the fibre g from total g carbohydrates to get a closer idea of my net carbs.
