And now I actually hate the feeling of being full! It feels uncomfortable to me now

I agree with the other poster that you're probably not hungry and just not full. As a society we tend to be programmed to eat until we're full instead of eating until we're no longer hungry. It can be a real learning curve when figuring out how to eat appropriate amounts and become familiar to what the different sensations…

At my smallest (100lbs) I still had a pooch. People used to tell me I looked unhealthy thin but I guess it's just where my body likes to store what little fat I had. Core targeting exercise is your best bet

Sounds like depression, I'd suggest talking to your Dr

Just saw the 1900-2100 calories a day, are you working out regularly?

First of all congratulations on your weight loss! Good hussle. Secondly, macros don't really matter for weightloss. The ONLY thing that matters is having a calorie deficit and then your macro ratios come down to what suits your individual tastes/ what makes you feel satisfied enough to comfortably be in a deficit. You will…

But if you want to check your scale try placing a known weight on it, e.g. a 5 pound dunbell and see what it says
-
Did you weigh yourself at the same time of day, in the same state of dress and after consuming what you normally would before weighing? It's normal for different scales to show different weights which is why it is always recommended to only use one scale. But you also need to remember that weight isn't static, 6 pounds Is…

I'm a similar size at 5.4 and started at 67kg, also used to be much lighter (gotta love pregnancy weight). Anyway, it took about a month before the scale started moving even though I was losing inches, which is easy to not notice especially if you lose fat in odd places first like me (arms, face and around my collar…

Yes, when I first started running my period started the very next day (two weeks early which never happens to me) ended up bleeding for 3 of the forst four weeks of running even though I wasn't actually running that much and doctor couldn't find anything wrong. I often bed menstrual like cramps while I run/ cycle even now

My little home gym. As a Mum of two littles it means I can be consistent with my exercise no matter what. My son was home with a tummy bug all of last week and I was able to still do my workout routine while watching a movie with him!

Not sure how to post a screenshot but it was definatly a TDEE calculator and on bodybuilding.com. just entered my stats again and still getting the 1480
-
My stats are 26 year old female, 161cm tall and 63 kg, which is upper end of normal for my hight (65 is overweight) but 55 is where I'm usually at, currently losing baby weight. I Workout moderately once a day for an hour but most of my day is low activity. I entered that into a TDEE calculator and got the 1480 which I…

I lost 55 pounds while almost completely immobile

I'm 26 and according to the TDEE calculator my maintenance calories are only 1480. That's depressing and I'm not sure how accurate since I burn at least 300 in exercise a day. But based on that you can't tell me 1200 is aggressive

Thanks Timothy, that makes sense. I've always been a bit skeptical of the calculations anyway haha

How much of it is fat vs loose skin? Your stomach looks just like mine, I'm also 26 and have had two children and that's why my tummy looks like this. Diet and exercise can only do so much for stretched out skin. I've accepted that nothing short of a tummy tuck will tummy solve my problem

Honestly. I'm not a fan of time limits or goals, especially difficult ones like this. Forward is forward no matter how slow and the only thing that matters is that you keep chipping away at it. You run the risk of losing heart if you "fail" at your goal but any degree of healthy weighrloss is always a win. Pay attention to…

Don't let two bad weeks ruin two years of hard work. By getting back on track the "damage" the last couple of weeks have done can be fixed within a few weeks. Today is a new day just keep on keeping on. Find something to distract you until you can work out when you get home so you're not thinking about food
