Donkey kicks, fire hydrants, squats, lunges, hamstring curls, I follow misscarriejune on instagram and laura simpson they post great workouts all the time to try. another great person to follow is teddygirllifts these girls are in amazing shape and post about exercises.

There Is hate but my planet fitness had upgraded and has a trx machine, more free weights, kettle bells, ropes for like rope slams, a trampoline, plus many more features now. It does the job, you can be fit from home with no weights it shouldn't really matter what gym or where you work out at as long as you're achieving…

I have 5 different game systems, lol. So yes I game. I also have darksiders 2 and it is a hard game!! I also have deadpool and it is alot of fun. I just picked up Evil Within 2 which released friday, but I like story mode games. Another 2 faves I am playing are Horizon Zero Dawn and Witcher 3. Also who doesnt love Fallout.
