Body positivity shouldn't just mean "pro fat", take it for what it is...love your body and treat it well. In fact, I look at it this way, because I love my body, I work at losing weight so I won't have knee problems or diabetes like my mom. I saw firsthand what obesity does to a body, it's a slow and very painful death.

I try not to, but if I'm super hungry, I'll exercise extra so I have calories in my bank to be able to eat back. I like seeing my numbers in the green at the end of the day tho.

I think it depends on allergies. I have a coworker that's allergic to eggs so for her eggs are "unhealthy". I find I have a bad reaction to products containing copious amounts of HFCS so I try to avoid it. But I'm not gonna jump down someone's throat if they want to consume those things. That's up to them.

Eventhough I try to avoid GMO and processed foods, I'm never gonna be able to be totally clean. Moderation is key. And in reality, I don't wanna treat "clean eating" like a religion. I already have one, thank you.

Personally I have my daily goal as 1200 cals and I try to stay within that. My fitness tracker automatically deducts calories from walking, so if I'm very hungry, I eat an extra 300 cals. Sounds like you're eating because you're tired and/or stressed. What I do is when I've been working hard but I feel logie, I'll drink a mug of flavored black tea or green tea- no milk/sugar. It's zero cal and it gives me the caffeine kick I need (I don't drink coffee).
