  • I'm with you. CW is 174, GW is 165. Gonna try to shed those in 42 days, fortunately I'm holding some water weight so bumping up my cardio and sauna regimen will help with that. Gonna get that summer bod just in time for the ski season to begin.
  • Did mealprep on new years day, for only three days, less protein than I normally do but I'm still getting plenty which is great. I fell asleep at my computer yesterday though, so I wasn't able to do laundry and don't have any clean gym clothes right now which kinda sucks.
