  • I just started keto a week ago I could absolutely use some friends that are going on the same journey and that maybe about to help motivate.
  • You can make keto bread with almond flour in stead of wheat flour. Of course bread isn't the easiest thing to make however I have found some recipes on Pinterest that are super easy and fast.
  • My husband and I just began the keto diet about a week ago and it's been a challenge to say the least. We have been walking about 2 miles every night along with it I've lost 4 lbs so far but I'm assuming it's all water since we just began.
