Well, not great yesterday, but stayed under calorie limit. I needed a couple of you here to help me savor that bottle of Old Vine Zinfandel! Back on track today, no alcohol.

Yesterday was not the greatest, but I did manage to meet all three standards, almost certainly due to focus derived from this cite. Did 30 minutes on my new dumbbell routine, plus 9,246 steps, over 2 hrs active. Back where I was aiming on calories, not even close to using exercise cals. Everything logged. I find that logging 3 or 4 times a dayhelps with conscious decision making, and with accuracy.

I had two glasses of Merlot with lunch yesterday, but logged them and stayed well within my calorie limit. Nice long holiday lunch and I felt very much in control.

Another good day. 13,337 steps, 1 hour 47 minutes active. Under on calories, but want to start extending my deficit a little more. Everything logged.

10,455 steps yesterday. 12,876 steps today. Cold and windy but good walking today.

Doing better again, no alcohol for two more days. Next big challenge will be birthday dinner next week. Working toward reasonable control and maintaining calorie deficit throughout.

Umm, not such a great start. Exercise, yes, even some extra. 10,775 steps, plus about 30 minutes dumbbells and Nordic Trak. BUT, over on the calories. Kept track until over the total, then just opened another bottle of wine, and kept the party going. Pass day #1, and only Dec. 2. Arrrgh!

Keep on keep'n on! 3 glasses of pinot noir last night but not out of control. Would have been better to stop at 2, but a big improvement over the same social event in October. Just walking today, 12,222 steps, one hour 42 minutes as to be. Well under on calories, not quite as strong as yesterday, but very good on protein and fat, very satisfying and full. Everything logged.
