January 20th: Me: 13 The Binge: 7 Days Binge Free: 5 Last week was not my friend. (Optimistically) Back on track now. PS: I hope it's okay to jump in mid-way like this :)

I'm 5'5 and have been yo-yo-ing the last 5-10lbs for the past few months. I'm a teetotaler so hit me up if you need some support cutting back or are looking for recommendations for beverage alternatives!

Glow is will sync with MFP and is awesome for tracking your cycle.

I've been really struggling with bingeing lately. I made it 20 days without a binge last month, but I struggled all last week and now I feel like I'm back at square one. I'm not used to talking about it, but I'm hoping being more honest and open about it will help me stay accountable. Feel free to add me if you want.

I'm getting married in October and struggling losing the last 15lbs. Could do with some like-minded buddies!

I've been sober for almost 9 months now. It's been hard, but quitting both smoking and drinking have kick started a much healthier life for me (physically and mentally). My biggest tips early on: get yourself a few cases of sugar free sparkling water, avoid temptation, and make the choice every morning when you wake up "I…

Pumpkin Protein Waffles: blend together 1 banana, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 1 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 scoops protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla (and maple extract if you have it). Spoon batter into waffle maker and cook ~5min. Makes 10 waffles.

I make these https://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/pumpkin-brownies-nutrition/ and reduce the maple syrup to 1 tbsp and add some liquid stevia instead. They're really chocolately and freeze well so you can just pack away the rest before you get tempted to eat the whole pan. Chocolate nice cream is pretty good too: 1 banana…

That's awesome! I might suggest that for our next work potluck :)

Not going to lie: I honesty had never heard of a baked potato bar and was thinking it was something like this but in bar form. Herbal tea is a good alternative to water, especially this time of year.

How did I go so long without doing this? It's a bit of planning, but I usually just portion things out at home, and then use a dry erase marker to write how much it weighs on the container.

I started running in 2013 specifically because of this app and I still use it! Is anyone else doing the Halloween Virtual Race this year? I'll be doing the 10k and my SO will be running his very first 5k!

I think the biggest change for me this time around has been getting over that all or nothing thinking. I felt like I had to be perfect all the time and when I "messed up", I felt like I might as well give up because what's the point now, right? I started with really small, manageable changes and made sure to record my…

Thanks to that damn Goop Blog, I drank a shake that had way too much ginger in it and now I can't stand the stuff. This was over 2 years ago and I am still bitter. *kitten* you Gwenyth Paltrow. I used to love ginger.

New to MFP, but been on this fitness journey a long time now. I'm closing in on my goal weight and looking at other ways to measure my goals (hitting my macros, lowering my body fat %, and training for a half marathon). Feel free to add me!

I wish my torso wasn't so long.. or that my legs were longer to match! I wish I was more naturally extroverted. And I really wish I was less of a perfectionist. I'm working on that last one.

Is it a taste thing or a dietary restriction? If you don't mind eggs in baked goods, I like to mix 1 scoop of protein powder 3/4 c egg whites and about 1/2 c mashed sweet fruit or veg (think banana, sweet potato, pumpkin.. applesauce might even work, but it's a bit runnier than I would usually use) and then use the batter…

I've got a doctor's appointment this afternoon to check in on a new medication I'm taking. I'm really not looking forward to it, even though the doctor is super nice. Social interaction has been difficult lately..
