  • Skin on boneless chicken thighs... you can bake them all in one large pan ... lay it on top of a broccoli/ cauliflower veg that was steamed with butter.. freeze in 1 meal portions for yourself... I wouldn’t try to make a months worth of this.. you will get sick of eating the same stuff each day.. do it in week long stints…
  • Buy a silicone muffin pan.. spray with a non stick and they pop right out and the silicone pan cleans up easy... eggs will last 5 days in fridge!!
