I keep things like Halo Top ice cream and some ice cream sandwiches in my diet because they have good macros. I have also started to love greek yogurt, mix in some berries and pb, it's delicious and really high protein.

2,400. Got there through reverse dieting guided by a coach so it would be more accurate than using a formula.

I just switched in higher calorie foods. Still kept the same portion sizes so it doesn't seem like I'm physically eating more food just the calories of those foods are higher.

I'm loving Greek Yogurt as a snack before bed, some peanut butter and berries mixed in. Really filling.
