Hi Sarah. My wife has the same issue as you and I am in the habit of reminding her to take her meds’ and drink fluids. So reminding you as well would be like second nature. Add me and I’ll bug you as I do her on the med and fluid front.

The fact that your focusing on losing weight for your children is a fantastic incentive and motivation, which I’m sure you can achieve. When you hit a low just look at them and you’ll know your doing it to benefit them as well as you. If you want to add me I’ll do my best to support and motivate you.

I know exactly how you feel. Trying to get any excercise done is proving difficult with my work life. I often come home and just can’t be bothered. One tip I got was when you get home don’t sit down. Either go for a brisk 20 minute walk. Or do some house or garden work. 20 minutes of exercise a day that gets your heart…

Thanks for the reply and the tips. I’ll take that all on board. Earlies I’m confident I’ll be ok. As well as middles. Lates are my biggest worry working till 2am I get the munchies. But I’ll take some fruit and nutrition bars to head that off. Good look to you and your hubby.
