  • I haven't cut out drinking at all and it hasn't hurt me. Just make sure you count your drinks in your calorie counts and it's not going to hurt you. The thing that will hurt you is when you are drunk in the middle of the night and you think "hey, why don't I order myself 3 Domino's pizzas?"
  • Hey buddy, can I offer a suggestion? I love Wendy's too. There's one literally about 100 yards from my house. I ate there yesterday. I ate this salad. https://menu.wendys.com/en_US/product/power-mediterranean-chicken-salad/ It's delicious. It also has hummus on it, so you don't even need the stupid dressing. Skip the…
  • On the bright side, if this works out for you then you can be the new Jared. You and Wendy's can make a fortune together!
  • I eat 70-100 cals of goat cheese every single day. I have it allocated to put on the salad I make for lunch.... but generally I shove a little bit of it in my face before it ever makes it to the salad.
  • Go to breakfast: greek yogurt and a protein bar Go to lunch: pile of lettuce with some goat cheese and chicken breast on top Go to dinner: roasted vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, butternut squash) and chicken breast I have that breakfast and that lunch at least 5 times per week. That dinner at least 2-3 times.

Working out every day combined with eating a lot of chicken/pork and leaves has made it pretty easy so far. I want to keep this going until I get back down to my own Marine Corps weight (190-200 lbs) though, so I'm…
  • My general routine is pooping followed by weighing in. I usually have a pretty good idea of whether or not I've got some "extra weight" hanging around in my intestines, or if I maybe am dehydrated compared to other days and how it may affect my weigh in that morning.... so I don't get too worked up about it either way. The…
  • I'm new as well! I started exactly one week ago. Now, for reference.... I'm WAY out of shape compared to what I once was. Back in my Marine Corps days, I was about 190 pounds and could run 3 miles in 17.5 minutes. Last week I weighed in at 263.6 pounds and I attempted to run a 5k (3.15 miles), and it took me nearly 28…
