  • I'm right there with you man. Started at near 400 this summer. Down to 356. Just ordered my food scale two days ago. I'm looking forward to the day I can say I weigh in less than 300. Great job and keep it up!

  • My goal is to reach a healthy weight I can maintain. My plan thus far is to eat a healthy and we'll balanced diet while increasing activity. My first "milestone" I'm hoping to see is the down 100lb mark. I'm just shy of 50lb now. I'm taking it month to month, week to week, day to day. The motivation here is so helpful.
