I think those kind of answers are precisely what many of us need. I would love a well thought out technical explanation rather than being beaten over the head with repetitious, and often sketchy over-simplifications. Thank you!

Thank you for posting...i had been able to regain some mobility by stretching and excercising on my own, but I really was needing something more focused.
