You got this!!! It was the exact same thing for me. I was 220 when I started. I was hitting the treadmill every day and lifting weights. I thought for sure j was going to be dropping pounds fast, but it took a couple weeks before it actually started to show on the scale. I'm now 19 pounds down 4 months later and I've hit…

Well, I got some bad news. Due to a health issue, I may be off my feet for a few days. I'm not sure exactly when I'll be able to walk without aggravating anything. I still plan on maintaining the diet and staying under my calories for each day, but won't be able to do much else. I hope any of you who are still…

75 minutes is awesome!! And I hear you on tough days! Yesterday was harder after my rest day. Remember you get a rest day too! If you need it, it's good for your body to take a day to recoup! :)

Hey everyone! So today, I've had a small victory. I have been dieting and exercising for a month and a half. I've lost 12 pounds in total and have noticed slight changes, but have been wearing my same clothes okay so figured not much change. This morning, I woke up late for work. In my frantic dressing, I reached for the…

Welcome! Thank you for joining. I hear you on the food diary. When i first started using the app I struggled to remind myself to log everything. Now I'm in the habit of logging before I eat. It helps me be mindful of portions as well. (But we all have our cheat days!)
