Today: Breakfast: coffee banana cereal with bit of milk Lunch: Spinach Salad with cucumbers, onion and a bit of feta. Dinner: Fish with asparagus

Best to get it done earlier in the day I find for me. I usually go early afternoon on my lunch break from work so then I don't have to worry about after work stuff getting in the way. I would love to start getting up earlier and go before work. Maybe once the snow is gone :)

Happy Monday! Meals are on track and yummy! And I hit the gym today. Week is off to a great start.

Pushing my lunch later today and feeling satisfied. Had breakfast then when I normally have lunch I just had my snack. Think this will help me in the evening. We will see!

Happy Monday! Starting the week off right. Brought healthy food to work today. Meeting my friend at the gym after work. I may go on my lunch break too and walk :)

Morning! Keeping myself motivated reading everyone's posts. Thank-you. Brought my lunch to work so will eat that at my desk then take my hour and hit the gym.

50 min power walk done! Phew. So happy I went today. Will be easier tomorrow :)

Back to logging my food, water and exercise. Starting to use my Contigo container all the time now and that will make sure I get enough water everyday (I slack on the weekends when not working). Had to make a sandwich this morning for my lunch since someone ate my lunch!!! So bad with the bread that I have been cutting out…

Today is a snow shoveling day. That is my work out. Plus will go on the treadmill once the driveway is cleared again. Meals are on track. Feeling bloated but I know its just all the water.

It's Monday! 45 power walk on my lunch break. Weighed in on Saturday and down 10lbs. I am motivated :) Just the strength I have now (shoveled snow all weekend and felt great!) is motivation. I'm not a lazy wimp now.

Another sleepless night but I won't let it take me down. Started the day with oatmeal, almond milk and a banana. Apple and PB for snack later. Will hit gym and power walk the track for40 mins.

Love this! Will keep me on track if I have to post each day! Just finished 40 mins of power walking. Very low calorie intake today. Haven't slept at all the past 2 nights so just trying to get through the day.
