Heya, it's super easy but time consuming. Expect to be there for at least an hour, so sit back and relax. I've heard there are side effects but never experienced them myself. I've always had low iron and never feel the "boost" you apparently should; feel the same all the time .

They tend to say 0.8-1g per kg of body weight, so if you're 100kg aim for 80-100g. Double it if you weigh in pounds.

I'm pescetarian (vego plus fish) and struggle to get my protein every day. I'm not huge on fake meat. Protein water can really help. Good luck!
