I used to be indifferent to it, but have come to appreciate it... especially when very fresh. It helps that half a serving of the light version is get is 15g of protein for only half a cup before bed. A nice, light option to help keep my body from starving during 6-8 hours of sleep. :)

Same here. Would be happy to simply get back to where I was, but even though I am not far off, there have been bouts with proper motivation and sticking with it recently. We all go through it, so sites like this are helpful for encouragement, support and accountability. All the best!

I mostly just stick with egg whites when I add them to give my protein shake an extra protein boost. Otherwise, I do not eat eggs with the yolks all that often except once in a while on the weekends and utilizing them in recipes.
