Any of us who are or were parents get it. Hope you find good and safe options away from the home...be it at a gym with childcare or a good park. I hear ya on finding good options outside of the home, but there are always good options by a DVD or YouTube bodyweight exercise video you could try from home, or maybe even…

When I am not working or working out, I spend my free time learning the Germanic Languages. I first learned German by not only living there, but by also studying it to the advanced level at University. German, Icelandic and Norwegian are my best and the ones of which I am most familiar, so by virtue of learning those I can…

I am one of those insane ones that loves the very early morning hours, so I am usually up at 3am and doing my thing for a few hours before starting my workday at 7am. It's a grind, but I prefer it over any other time because all is quiet, all the equipment is usually free and because it is my "me time" it helps with…

I agree with pogiguy05. This is no easy fix and (ultimately) anyone who really knows how will tell you a nice abdominal region begins in the kitchen. Use the app to set your goals, keep an eye on what you eat, get your cardio in, and also your resistente training. While it is no quick fix, if you put the work in and stay…
