Hi my names Kayla. I’ve had a lot of big life changes lately but one thing that’s been constant is my weight. I weigh 340... and I feel disgusting. I recently got graduated and got a job in a wonderful clinic but can’t help but feel like I’m too big to be here. Also recently got married and I feel bad because I’m not giving my husband the best of me.
I’m just looking for friends. I’ve never admitted my weight to anyone... so this is me stepping so far out of my comfort zone. Starting today I’ve been meal prepping and planning to gym 4-5 days.eei20vfdp1zd.jpeg
This was me during our Halloween wedding reception. I wish I would have realized the big change I wanted to make before my reception but I’m planning to use these pictures as motivation.

Even if you don't look at the much now, take some pictures of yourself at a few angles in a sports bra/swimsuit for your before pictures! Also--- take some measurements for a rainy day for when you're feeling demotivated about the scale not moving. SO MANY users on here don't have good "Before" numbers because they didn't start tracking their measurements until they were well along their journey.

I also lost weight after my wedding. You've got this!
