No need to get offensive, man. I buy groceries, I cook all the meals, I help keep the house clean, and I take care of the dogs. I take care of my man. I have my own bills to pay, and I help pay for the vacations and trips we take. All I said was that he already had a home that he was paying for before I lived there. It…

You should make him pay you to live there. Tell him rent costs you like $5000 and that he needs to pay half.
-
In that case, I take back everything I said. You two should totally move in together. It sounds like a great idea. :D

When my mom moved in with my dad, she kept her apartment until they got engaged. My dad also never asked her to help pay his morgage, so she could afford to do that.

If you don't want to pay him, don't move in with him. I've lived with two boyfriends. The first one, we had decided to live together, found a place, and split the costs. This sounds kind of what your situation is, and is totally normal, you should expect to pay rent in this situation. The other one already had his own…

My diary is open to friends, feel free to add me.

25!
-
I've found it to be a bit high. If you're doing a 60 minute-class, I would log it as 40-45 minutes.
-
I always just entered it as strength training. Then again, I wasn't really doing much of the dancing/cardio, just trying to learn new tricks.
-
I tried C25k a few times and just couldn't do it. I don't know what it was. Then one year I decided I wanted to participate in a 3.5mi race with a bunch of coworkers and I found my motivation. I didn't go back to C25k, just started running and gradually increasing my mileage. It's all history from there.

Drinks with calories - Regular soda, juice, most alcohol, etc. Still enjoying a hot chocolate or the occasional glass of wine, but for the most part I prefer not to drink my calories.
-
If I'm doing over 10 miles, I'll take a gel or a couple Clif bloks (chews) every 4.5 - 5 miles. So during a Half Marathon I would take around 4.5 miles and 9. I also eat before my run. You'll have to experiment for yourself.
-
I'd rather eat a (much better tasting) protein bar and a couple of Oreos. Same calories, more protein, more happiness.

I was around 138 sometime before Christmas. Maybe like two weeks before. I don't know, but then I fell off the wagon and didn't want to weigh in. Dec 26 I was 148. Today 142.4.
-
I'd eat at maintenance.
-
I prep my salads weekly with no issues. I throw the heavy stuff like tomatoes on the bottom, followed by carrots and other veggies, and throw the lettuce/spring mix on top. I put dressing in little 2oz disposable containers and any chicken/proteins in a Ziplock bag.

When my husband goes away for training I find myself making simpler meals and going to bed earlier, but nothing else really changes. Then again, his training never lasts more than a few days. I'd imagine I might struggle more if he went away for extended periods of time.

I track my macros, and as a result, my calories. Neither is really better than the other, so do what works for you.
-
Do you enjoy them? Do they fit your goals? If so, then yes. I often use both of them during the course of a work day.
-
A margarita...you know, the giant ones from Mexican restaurants.
-
Not totally, I'm still a glass of wine or two on special occasions, but other than that I don't bother.
-
The same as regular yoga. Hot yoga feels like you're working twice as hard but don't be fooled.
-
A grande black medium roast coffee. Calories negligible. OR...this time of year I might get a salted caramel mocha frappuccino w/o whipped cream...310 cals.
-
Yep...never understood the obsession with those. I always figured I could eat a protein bar and a few oreos instead... and I'd have better macros and more happiness.
-
My goal is to stick to my calorie goals on the days that I can more easily control. I have six big events that I plan to enjoy. A few of them I may loosely log, however mindful eating may be the ultimate game plan.

I usually eat an Rx Bar or something similar like two hours prior to my run and then an oatmeal squeeze pack immediately before. It works for me, it doesn't work for some people. You'll have to figure it out.
-
You're freaking out about 77 calories? I could eat a whole bag of the sea salt or mint ones in one sitting. :D
-
What did you do to get ready for your first TM? Pretty much nothing. My coworker convinced me to sign up only a month beforehand. I could only run about 3miles at the time. How much time did you give yourself to prep? A month. What would you have done differently to prep after you saw how the course went? I've actually…

Whatever works for you. A lot of people run early in the morning fasted, it works for them. I've found that if I don't eat something, I get painful cramps. If my run is at 8am, I need to get up by 6am and eat something. If I run during the week, I run after work and I eat as normal both before and after. It'll take some…

Breakfast - Coffee and overnight oats. Lunch - Salad and jerky. Snack - Rx Bar Dinner - Chipotle Late snack - a pint of Halo Top.
