That my body shape has completely changed! 100 lbs ago, I was more pear shaped (but still had crazy big arms and shoulders). Now, I've lost all the bulk but have slender arms and hips. More of a triangular shape? Also, I always told myself I was big-boned and large-framed. Turns out, I have a small frame. Who knew?
