I jump rope. It is a really intense workout, and same I sucked at it for a few days but then after doing a bit of reading learned the right techniques, shortened my rope ( I'm only 5'1) and on I went. Used a free small app with jump count and timer. I use a non slip yoga mat as cushioning. Love it

Do you exercise? Even something light like walking could trigger your appetite earlier in the day causing you to eat more normally. Strength training could also help you tone up and get a nicer figure. I struggle with night binges myself. It's tough. :/
