I’m 5’5, 32 yr old, started at 120 and want to go down to 115 but be able to sustain that weight on more calories

I’m 5 ‘5 eat 1250-1300 a day, do 0 exercise and have a completely sedentary job, am 32 years old and weigh 115. Something isn’t right esp if you weighed 110 in August. I’d go get your thyroid levels checked.

I’m 5’5 and MFP set my daily calorie goal at 1,230 (but I usually eat about 1,300). I’m currently about 118 and trying to get down to and *maintain* 114 without effort. This is somewhat difficult but I’m completely sedentary so I’m thinking that moving a little might get me there.

Actually I eat over 210 grams of carbs a day .

Carbs doesn’t mean a thing. I eat over 160 grams of carbs a day but stay under 1200 cal and have lost 5 pounds in 3.5 weeks (which is a lot considering I started at 120 and am now at 115 at 5’5).
