My motivation is I am nearing 40 years old. Since high school I have been a size 18 and up. Now at 38 yo I am a size 24 and feel horrible. Doing anything wears me out and I have come to the conclusion I have to do so.ething for me for once. It has always been my kids and husband but it's my turn to make myself better!
