I have been doing this way longer than you and haven’t lost as much. Now I’m convinced that I need a food scale. Confused as to which one to get. Not letting myself be discouraged and pushing on. Keep going, you’re doing great

It’s so tempting to just go and do what I have always done and eat everything in sight. The scale is not moving, but I’m always reminding myself that I didn’t get here in one day, keep on exercising and logging everything and eventually something will change. Same here, quick question: to lose weight, do you eat all the assigned calories and exercise calories or what? Been at it for a while and scale isn’t budging
