  • Usually I'll have 2 egg whites, 1/3 cup of plain oatmeal w/ a tsp of cinnamon, and a chopped up Granny Smith apple mixed with 2/3 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt (I like to add in a tsp of cinnamon into the yogurt as well for more flavor).
