I get it! I have to have this talk with Myself each time I want to go to the gym. I try to convice her it's in her best interest and she'll be pleased afterwords, but I don't always get through to her... (hope that makes sense, LOL)

I did the same thing. I used to log in daily and keep a rigorous track of my meals, exercises and water. Then, after seeing some results, I just quit... Of course I gained back the weight, so now I decided to start over, but this time, do it right!

Don't worry, beginnings are hard and everyone understands! I too think I lack discipline most of the time, so I'm not the one to give advice. What I can do is share what works for me when I want to make a change and that is baby steps. Very tiny baby steps. Personally, I focus on only one of the bad habbits at the time.…
