Yah i agree with Jenandjoon. If you want to gain you will need to limit your cardio a bit maybe instead of every day just a few times a week and you would need to give us a better idea of what your eating. Different types of food get burnt off different ways. 2100 calories could be from anything. Its not always abouy…
