We are technically on WIC but my daughter is having tolerance issues so the only formula she can handle isn't WIC approved. Even getting an Rx from her doctor didn't help. I don't think it's useful whatsoever. It only accounts for height and weight. It doesn't factor in muscle vs fat mass. Everyone knows muscles weighs more than fat so a heavy set man and a body builder could wind up with the same BMI
