  • I have been able to find online the average amount of calories burned with a lot of the Beachbody workouts, then I add them to my exercise list. I was able to find the average calories for a lot of the T25 workouts and LIIFT4 that I was doing. I know it's not exact, but it's at least something to gauge yourself by.
  • I am going on a Sisters trip to see the Rolling Stones in Chicago in a couple of weeks and want to be able to handle the walking we plan to do and to keep up with my fit sisters! Also, it's summertime!
  • I am burned out on a lot of breakfast foods but one thing I love and is healthy and satisfying is avocado toast.   • Try foam rolling/mobility drills. It helps me a lot! I foam roll before every strength workout, and try to do the mobility drills if I have time, and it helps so much! Also, I drink an amino supplement that helps aid in recovery but also gives energy and focus. Good luck!
