I’m hoping tomorrow I get my groove back. I am doing a 5km mud run with my best friend. However in the future, I’m taking weekends off. I will still watch what I eat and try not to go over. But no thorough tracking or Fitbit (my Fitbit tan line is sooooo embarrassing lol).
