Today I am focusing on small long term changes. Normally I get a medium dd after my workout. Today I got a black coffee. And added unsweetened almond milk to it. Cuts out the sugar and cream. Small steps. Course tomorrow we are celebrating my father in laws bday. Cake and pizza. Sigh.

Sunday reality I return to work on September 10. I vowed to hit my goal weight of 160 before I returned to work. I have been slacking in everything. Exercise, food, alcohol and tracking. This morning I was 174.2. 14.2 lbs to go. Time to put my sassy pants on and hit my goal.

I have lost an inch or two in my arms so I’m ok with the gain because it’s muscle gain. Next week I return to work for a week and will focus on diet.…

So. Haven’t been giving it my all. Ran into some bad luck. The transmission went on my van so I have been housebound for 5 days now. With 3 kids. Tried to keep active but it’s proven difficult. Hoping to make a purchase tomorrow.

Day 1 of summer vacation for my kids. So. Also day 1 of no gym membership. It ended up being too expensive for myself and the kids ($75 bi weekly ouch). I’m truly bummed as I should be doing my weight lifting class today. My biggest fear is losing the definition in my muscles that I’ve gained. So. Here’s hoping my at home…
