@rlaratte I weigh in daily, I really feel like it makes me more accountable and also really showcases the fluctuations which I find particularly interesting, and sometimes frustrating.1 -

I have had a slight headache all day. Tonight I think I am just going to take it easy. I am still under my calories for the day, so if I don't walk I'll be ok. Although I do really want to walk more, like I said yesterday. But I digress. Yep... I think its dinner, shower, and watch some America's Got Talent with the family.

Comments: Today was an OMAD day, hopefully tomorrow's weigh in with my trainer reflects how hard I've worked this week to drop a couple lbs and hopefully that carries through with my weigh in on Saturday, we will see.1 -

Comments: Have been having a big case of the munchies the last few days--- my sons are on constant eating mode. Next week they'll start school and then I have no excuse!!1 -
I always fast 16:8 but twice a week now I'm doing OMAD, where I only eat dinner. Fasting is what helps me keep my hunger under control. When I eat, I want to eat more, when I don't eat, I'm usually not hungry.
I'm on IF too---- trying to get to a 2 day OMAD schedule--- I've been closing in 2 of my fasting 16/8 days slowly to try to gradually get there. I agree with you though--- I find if I eat early in the day (before noon) then I want to continue eating. This week is vaca week, so I'm looking to start next week.0 -

Exercise? I met my step goal but exercise has been tough with all the wildfire smoke. It's really hazy and socked in here and strenuous exercise is not recommended. I haven't even wanted to walk or ride my bike because I end up with a headache. I'm just soooo hoping for rain soon - we have TEN "wildfires of note" just in our local area!!1 -

Finally was able to exercise! I did 35 minutes of circuit training and then this evening I went for a walk! It felt soooo good to get moving again!1 -

YES... THIS! My 16:8 is eating from 12-8. If I eat before 12, man am I in for a rough day... Although there are times I have to, so I never really get upset if I do. And if I eat too much past 8, I find that I don't sleep nearly as well.1 -
