Did well with my calories. Was not able to get any exercise in, other than my warehouse job. Which really sucked because I need to get some in to help undo some of the damage from the weekend. Man how quickly it can go up, lol!!

That's rough--- I'm sorry for your injury (again)--- 5 surgeries is hell! You've been through the ringer with that knee.... wishing you fast healing. Put your recovery first--- you'll get back at it, no worries!
Thanks, Nancy. It's two on the left and would of been #4 on the right knee. Another good reason to get this weight off before knee replacement.1 -

I keep fluctuating this week wih my calorie intake. Yesterday, great. Today.... uh, yeah.... we won't talk about it. But I have to not get too down. When that starts happening, I slide back real fast. Gotta keep my spirits up!!

I’m checking in since I’ve been so sick. I ended up with a double infection, I have been on 2 different antibiotics because was switched to Augmentin once it was determined I had strep AND a sinus infection. I’ve been on antibiotics since last Friday and still not feeling back to myself. My head congestion is still there and I have a productive cough that is nasty. I am traveling in the car tomorrow to visit family in CT- so I will attempt to get my weigh in done! I have been trying to stay keto but yesterday I had a DQ blizzard because when I’m sick I just want junk! Hopefully I haven’t done too much damage to my weightloss! I am so sick of being sick though- Friday will be 2 weeks!2

Comments: Today's weight training did not go quite as planned, my deadlifts were not optimal, but I finished them, sadly had to them a little lighter than I wanted to, but better to do them lighter, than not at all. Hopefully my Snatch drills go better tomorrow, those ARE important!!1 -

I knew my break would be short and sweet. But I know in the world of MFP, someone can take a "break" and never come back. Not me!! 🤣 I've still got 40 lbs to lose!! 😀1
