Exercise: Got a few laps in after work. Had my 2nd job tonight as well.
Overall, this week went well. Very excited to see the results on the scale and to weigh in on Sunday. I definitely believe the intermittent fasting is helping me achieve my reduced calorie goal. Nothing too crazy, but enough to lose a good amount. Soon I may have to start working on building more muscle so I am not "skinny fat", lol. Have a great night and wonderful weekend Slimsons!2 -

.... that is so funny....our cat lost 3lbs--- HE'S THE BIGGEST LOSER KITTY! He went from 16lbs to 13lbs. Impressive huh? Figures--- I'm dieting -- and the cat loses the weight!!0 -

Exercise: I did have my 2nd job this morning.
Had a relatives birthday party. Over ate, had cupcakes. Came home. Thought about walking, decided I didn't want to. Ate some more... So over eating, combined with no exercise = no clue about my weigh in tomorrow. Oh well. No big deal. Giving myself a pass for the day, lol. Did well most of this week. We will see what tomorrow brings!!1 -
When you realize the phrase "I don't want to..." is one of the biggest injustices you can do for your body...2

Exercise:Walked around Six Flags today
Comments: I did not track. Today was my mom's company picnic and they didn't have anything I could eat so I didn't eat there. Walked over 5 miles and i'm on track to burn 3300 calories today with all the activity. So I ended up eating a bunless bacon cheeseburger and a keto pizza for dinner and I'm positive that I'm still way under on my calories.2 -

Exercise: Circuit training dumbbells 30 mins, Pool workout Cardio 30 mins. Stationary bike 20 mins. Tested sore knee on the bike at light pace. Still stiff, but swelling is gone. MRI was done on Friday, should hear results early next week.1 -

Well I knew I was going to reduce a little of what I had done because of yesterday. But today brings a new day and a new week. Still happy overall with the loss. It's 3.4 pounds less that I have to carry around! Happy Sunday everyone!3 -

Maintained again no loss this week 😟
Cant believe I have maintained again been tryng so hard apart from one bad day. I will crack this maybe I need to lower my calories although I am doing a lot of execersise I go up the gym a minimum of 3 times a week. I dont eat my exercise calories maybe I should maybe I am not eating enough. Will see what happens next week. But on a good note I measured myself and have lost an each of the important parts lol1 -
