Yesterday was not my best day. Had a cold and stayed in bed most of the day. I am feeling better today and will try to stay under for my calories intake2 -

Comments: Getting this in early bc I have appointments all afternoon until almost 9pm. Felt good this morning to get in another workout--it was suppose to be a rest day, but my son went with me to the gym after he finished his Crossfit group class. So, I figured I may as well get it done. Tomorrow is a rest day!

Comments: Today was a better day. Couldn't sleep, my neck/shoulder was bothering me, went back to the dr and they made it a lot better, still hurts a tad but not like it did. I've been making sure to keep heat on it so the muscles don't tighten back up again and it will heal faster. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.2 -

And my chubby Lab lost 3 lbs at her check up today at the vets. She just wanted me to let y'all know. She got her feelings hurt a couple months ago when we went for her bordello shot. New Vet came in the examination room and said, " Oh, you brought me a coffee table." I thought it was funny. Dog didn't.2

Comments: OK, so I did sneak a couple bites of my son's ice cream and pizza--- the smell of that pizza got me--- I weakened- but I mostly ate a HUGE egg white omelette for dinner while they ate the entire pizza, so not terrible for a Friday night. Hopefully no damage done.2 -

@jcgator2016 Iol! My last trip to the vet (with my 2 kitties) yielded a very similar result and they're less than thrilled about their newfound diet. They're 19 lbs and 16 lbs. It's been weeks and they're still angry when they eat their allotted food for the day...I keep telling them if they rationed it, they won't be hungry at night...but you know, they don't listen.1 -

Exercise:Ye, 60 mins weight training, snatch drills/snatches with my trainer, 40 min walk
Comments: Today was a good day, my shoulder/neck is almost completely pain free, will be doing some more heat treatments before bed which should help, did snatch drills and then full snatches for the 1st time in a couple weeks and I'm super excited, they're really coming along. My trainer convinced me to take a video of myself doing one so I could compare it in a few weeks and honestly, I'm pretty happy with it right now. The form is great, now I just need to start adding some more weight, 13 weeks left until competition.1
